All bikes welcome at the festival – road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrids, cargo bikes, folding bikes, recumbent bikes, tandems, high nellys….

..but if you need to borrow two wheels for the weekend or are looking for a bike for your little ones or want to try out an electric bike then get in touch with Electric Bike Trails based in Leitrim Village – Regular adult bikes €10, Electric bikes €20, children’s bikes €8 and child carts €8 per trail event for the festival.

Seamus & Eileen of Electric Bike Trails recommend the ‘tranquil traffic free cycle along the banks of the Lough Allen Canal including the floating boardwalk at Acres Lake. This is an easy cycle suitable for all the family and is 20 km round trip between our bike hire base at Leitrim Village and Drumshanbo Village. Enjoy some refreshments in Drumshanbo (just ask for our recommendations) or bring a picnic for the many picnic benches along the route.’

Morans in Drumshanbo also have a fleet of quality Raleigh and Klondyke Hybrid alloy framed bicycles for €12 per bike per day.
