Leitrim Cycling Festival collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information for booking camping at the festival (name, email address, phone number);
  • Sign in sheet data at events (name, email/ phone number)

You directly provide Leitrim Cycling Festival with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

  • Book a camping spot at the festival;
  • Input your details on a sign in sheet at one of our events;
  • Complete our annual feedback survey;
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies;

Leitrim Cycling Festival collects your data so we can:

  • Process camping bookings for our festival;
  • Produce reports and feedback on our events to our funders. Namely Leitrim Sports Partnership & Leitrim County Council;
  • Communicate with you (if you have ‘opted in’) to receive future communications and promotions.

Leitrim Cycling Festival securely stores your data:

  • On a spreadsheet detailing camping bookings;
  • On a spreadsheet detailing sign in sheet details;
  • In reports to funders.

Leitrim Cycling Festival will keep your name, phone number and email address for 7 years. Once this time has expired, we will delete your data by:

  • Securely deleting all relevant spreadsheets and reports.
  1. Marketing

Leitrim Cycling Festival only send marketing to:

  • Those who have ‘opted in’ to receive communications and marketing from us;
  • Follow our social media accounts;
  • Have set up an RSS feed from our website.

If you receive marketing through any of the above mentioned means, you may always opt out at a later date.
