BEFORE YOU EMBARK ON YOUR SNACK SURVEY

Assess your pre-journey hunger levels:
What was the last thing you ate?
How long ago was that?

SET OFF ON YOUR ADVENTURE
Stop to eat the same snack in three different stops along your route

STOP No 1:
Take a bite of your snack
What is the texture? Is it crunchy, chewy or soft?
Does your snack make a sound while you chew?
Scribble down any notes on your tasting

STOP No. 2:
Hold your snack beneath your nose and breath in and out three times
Write down the first colour that comes to mind.
Take a bite of your snack and chew three times.

STOP No. 3

Sit and enjoy your snack while looking at what is around you. Does enjoying your snack in this place bring back any memories?

BACK AT BASE

Think back on your stops. Did the various places affect your enjoyment of your snack? Were any particularly pleasant? Were any unsuitable?

Get a large piece of paper & drawing materials. Use your answers to the above and your Snack Survey research to design a SNACK SPOT MAP of places you would recommend for picnics.
